Since it's hot, we've prepared some cold somen noodles to help improve your intestinal health!
"Sticky somen noodles" made with mekabu and okra, and "Hijiki Shiraae" made with fried tofu.
Sticky somen noodles are easy to make and are high in dietary fiber. Please try making them at home.
