The weather has been nice and it's getting warmer.
Well, last month we opened a new restaurant called "Gohandokoro" and we did it again this month 🍴
This month's menu is "Yakisoba & Soup"
The ingredients for the yakisoba are cabbage, carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, and bean sprouts, plus two sausages on top of the finished yakisoba for a luxurious version.
She cuts vegetables smoothly and efficiently, even while chatting, and is struggling to keep up...
For the sales to employees, I used a commercially available yakisoba set with sauce, but I also recreated the recipe I originally made at home .
I'll tell you a little secret: the key ingredients are bacon, not meat, and there are vegetables, and the flavors are dashi stock, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

I regret not buying the set and just buying this one...
