Who can use this service
In principle, Job Support Synergy is available to persons with disabilities between the ages of 18 and 65 who have a service recipient certificate issued by their local government. (Please inquire at the Health and Welfare Section of each municipality for availability.)

Signing of employment contract
Type A continuous employment support service enables workers to earn wages at or above the Hokkaido minimum wage because they sign an employment contract with the business office. In addition, depending on the number of hours worked per week, the worker may be enrolled in unemployment insurance and social insurance.

WORKS
Currently, we are mainly engaged in operations within Green Park Shin-Tsutsukawa, a hot spring facility in Shin-Tsutsukawa Town.
Room cleaning services
You will be making beds, vacuuming,
wiping down furniture, cleaning toilets,
and cleaning sinks and mirrors.

Cleaning services within the building
You will be responsible for cleaning the large communal bath and changing rooms,
as well as the toilets, stairs, hallways, etc.

Steps to use the service.
First, please consult with the person in charge at the consultation support facility you are using.
If you are not using consultation support, please contact us directly,
and we will discuss your eligibility to use the facility tour service.
①Consultation and Tour
You can try out various tasks and repeat them as many times as you like until you find the one that suits you best.
➁ Trial Use
By using the service, you will be employed, so you will need to submit your resume through Hello Work and then attend a job interview.
➂ Job Interview
⑥Start of work
2. Together with the staff of the consultation support office,
you will apply to your local government for Type A continuous employment support.
④Application for service recipient certificate
You will be able to use the service once your service recipient certificate has been issued.
You will then be able to start using the service (employment) by signing a service agreement and employment contract with Job Support Synergy.
⑤ Conclusion of service contract and employment contract
