​Who can use this service

In principle, the service is available to those who have been certified as "needing assistance" or "needing nursing care" as a result of nursing care certification. In emergency situations, even those who have not yet received nursing care certification can use the service.
To apply for a short stay, please contact Kaoruen through your care manager, who will create a care plan for you.

​BASE SYSTEM

The policyholder can rest assured even when their family members are away and unable to provide care.

In order to live a normal life, they need to be able to eat, bathe, go to the toilet, etc.

Provides necessary assistance for all aspects of daily life.

1. Meals

(The cost of providing meals will be charged separately.)
At our facility, the menu is created by a nutritionist (registered dietitian).

2. Bathing according to the user's condition (regular bathing, wheelchair bathing, special bathing)

3. We will provide appropriate assistance according to the excretion status of the user.

4. Functional training Functional training instructors (occupational therapists) will assess the physical and mental condition of the policyholder.

5. In order to respond to the medical needs of users of the nursing system premium due to the worsening of their conditions,

1.All fees are calculated on a daily basis.
2.Standard rates are applied for meal and accommodation fees. Cancellations for meals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the previous day.
3.The transportation service fee is 184 units for one-way trips and is available upon request.
4.Payment of usage fees is made via direct debit. Please inform the staff in charge if you wish to proceed with this option.
5.The additional fee for improving care staff treatment is calculated by multiplying the total of the prescribed units and any additional charges by 14.0%.
6.We will notify you of any changes to the fee amounts as needed.
