Specialist welfare staff allocation premium (I)
The bonus will be applied to establishments where 35% or more of their full-time life support staff are qualified as social workers, care workers, or mental health and welfare workers.
Full-time nursing staff allocation bonus
This is added when one or more nursing staff members are assigned on a full-time basis.
Initial Addition
The fee is calculated for a period of up to 30 days from the first day of use or from the day after discharge from a long-term hospital stay.
Special visit support allowance
When a continuing user does not use the service for five consecutive days, an additional fee will be charged if a staff member visits the user's home to provide consultation and assistance up to twice a month.
Absence allowance
This will be added if continuous adjustments or consultation assistance is provided when a user stops using the service due to sudden illness, etc. (This applies up to four times a month, and applies to sudden contact up to two business days in advance.)
Severely Disabled Person Support Premium (II)
The system is assessed and calculated when a person with severe behavioral disorders uses the facility and staff who meet the requirements are assigned. For people with severe behavioral disorders, 180 units per day and 500 units for the first 180 days are assessed individually.
Rehabilitation premium (II)
This fee is calculated when physical therapists or other medical professionals take the lead in creating rehabilitation plans for each user and providing individual rehabilitation.
Meal provision system surcharge
This is added when a business provides meals to users whose income is below a certain amount.
Extension support extra
Calculated when the service is used for 8 hours or more beyond the business hours specified in the operating regulations.
Transportation fee (I)
If about one-third of the total transportation services are provided within the same premises, 30% will be deducted from the applicable unit. If 60% or more of the users of the transportation services are classified as category 5 or 6 or equivalent, an additional 28 units will be added.
Welfare and care worker treatment improvement supplement (I)
This additional tax is applied when a business that has reported that it is implementing measures to improve the wages of welfare and care workers provides services to users.
