In our spacious dining room, there are ample seats where you can relax and enjoy your meals.
Please enjoy the three meals a day, as it allows you to regulate your daily rhythm, experience the changing seasons, and is also a place to communicate with other residents.
You can also change the rice to barley rice, and choose bread and coffee for breakfast twice a week.

2.bathing
You can bathe whenever you like between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
There are large and medium-sized baths, so please enjoy bathing according to your mood.
The baths are cleaned daily to ensure a hygienic bathing environment.
3.Living care for residents of designated facilities(Capacity: 18 people)
When a decline in physical functions or other factors hinder independent living, residents can live with peace of mind while receiving services as needed, such as shopping, accompanying patients to medical appointments, accompanying them to the bathroom, and administering their medications by the facility staff.
We have care support specialists, nursing staff, nurses, lifestyle consultants, and dietitians on staff, so please consult with us anytime.

Management fees are equivalent to rent and can be paid in three ways: in one lump sum, combined, or in installments.
・Lump-sum payment = 20-year lump-sum deposit
・Combined payment = 2,433,000 yen for the 20-year lump sum and 11,000 yen per month for the remaining payments
・Installment payment = 23,600 yen per month
Living expenses

Living expenses include food costs for three meals a day and utilities for the shared space. However, heating costs will be added during the winter.
・During winter, 1,000 yen will be charged for room heating.
・Electricity and telephone charges are charged only for the amount used in the room.
For water and sewerage, a fixed amount of 3,000 yen per month is required as a usage fee.
・The monthly fee for activities such as events is 700 yen.。
・If a person with an income of 2.2 million yen or more uses the specified facility, the monthly fee will be 106,000 yen during the summer and 114,250 yen during the winter.If the use of the specified facility is cancelled, the fee will be revised according to the original income.
*Administrative and living expenses are subject to revision according to national standards.
*If you miss a meal due to hospitalization or going out, you will be eligible for a refund if you notify us by 10:00 a.m. three days prior.
